How do I mark a Patient/Resident/Client as a "Training" record

For training or demonstration purposes, you may wish to create a training patient.

You can do this by activating the "Patient is for training purposes" button when creating or editing a patient.

Once a patient has been marked as a "training" record, that patient and their assessments will no longer be included in any of the standard PainChek reports.

The patient record and any associated assessments will be sync'd to the PainChek database and be visible to other PainChek users.

Training patients can be easily identified by their profile picture, which will look like the one below:

  • If a patient has been marked as training incorrectly, edit their profile and remove the "Patient is for training purposes" flag. This will allow you to set the profile picture again and all their assessments will be reported on.
  • If a training patient was not flagged as a training patient, edit their profile and activate the "patient is for training purposes" and all associated assessments will then be excluded from reporting.
